Q: Slow response/write disconnection during use?

A:

1.In case of slow response of the touch pen, open the “Settings” screen → select “Auxiliary Functions” → turn on touch adjustment through “Touch Adjustment”.

2. Check if the screen protector film is pasted on the device. If there is no pasted film, the signal transmission between the touch pen and the screen will become stronger due to different thicknesses, and sometimes there may be wire breakage/poor writing during writing. It is recommended to paste a screen saver with a size of 3mm or less. Additionally, please note that screen fragmentation or stains may affect the response speed of the stylus.

3.Pay special attention!! The touch pen does not require Bluetooth connection. If the previous device connected to another Bluetooth stylus using Bluetooth, the Bluetooth connection must be disconnected. The touch pen does not have a function to prevent accidental touch. Don’t put your hands on the screen and write together. Otherwise, you will not be able to write well. In addition, the touch pen does not have pressure sensing and tilt functions.

4.When drawing, it is recommended to use a pen and touch the screen<90 °. If the pen is perpendicular to the screen, the model may not be able to be written.

Warm Tips：

1. Not supported “Plam rejection” function. Please do not put your hand on the device to write, otherwise the stylus writing may be abnormal. If you need to put your hand on the device to write, wear gloves.

2. Can not be used with other pens at the same time.

3. Before use, please check whether the tablet is connected to other stylus, if so, please remove.

4. The pencil does not need Bluetooth connection and can be turned on by double-clicking the top switch. Please turn off Bluetooth when you use it.

5. When using the iPad.

*****Before using this product, set “Settings”-“Notes”-“Draw only with Apple Pencil” on iPad to disabled. *****The iPad must be disconnected from the Apple Pencil via Bluetooth.
