Instructions for use

Dual mode Charging

1.Magnetic adsorption charging

Common Faults and Solution

1. Broken wire problem

Solution: 1.Check whether the nib is equipped in place, can be tightened and tested again.

2.Replace the spare pen nib and test again.

3.Whether the tempered film is severely damaged or it too thick.

4.Tablet device reboot

2.can’t write

Solution: 1. Check if it is power on or not.

2. Does the tablet device support the stylus.

3. Does APP support stylus.

4. Check the setting, “iPad Pencil” or “Apple Pencil” is connected or not. if connected ,please disconnect and use it again.

3. unable to power up

Solution: 1. Check if the stylus pen is powered.

2. Whether the power on according to the operation.
