HOW TO USE
Open Premiere Pro and go to Essential Graphics tab (Graphics).

In browse window of it click on Install Motion Graphics Template icon and select one of unpacked files.

 

Now in browse window you can see this template. Select it here and drag to the timeline.

So you have title on your timeline, you can cut it and change duration or place it like you want. Make left click on this title on timeline, in essential graphics window

you can see all adjustments, available for this title, and here you can change text of titles. Pretty easy. Place it above your video and render as usual footage
