Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce partner David Eckhardt has been named a 2023 40 Under 40 honoree by the Milwaukee Business Journal.
Eckhardt advises clients on the design, implementation, documentation, administration, and taxation of executive compensation and employee arrangements that must comply with the many rules and regulations governing such arrangements, including the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA. He also handles government and regulatory body investigations and gets involved in litigation.
He regularly represents publicly traded companies, privately-held businesses, private equity firms, start-up businesses, financial institutions, benefit plan administration firms, other employers, and executives across the country in handling executive compensation and benefit plan issues. He works with CEOs, CFOs, directors of HR, and other executives in handling these matters.
Eckhardt and the other winners are honored in a special section in the March 17 issue of the Milwaukee Business Journal and during a March 20 awards event at the Miller High Life Theatre in downtown Milwaukee.
